Training

Engaging, practical training on a variety of mental health issues.

As a Trainer, I am highly regarded for my ability not only to teach participants about a particular topic, but to also help them apply this new knowledge directly to work with clients.  I provide interactive trainings, using elements such as discussion, role-plays, and experiential activities, to engage participants and enhance learning.

I train staff with a range of educational background and work experience.  I have taught direct-care staff, masters and doctoral level mental health clinicians, and medical staff such as nurses and doctors.

I tailor training to meet the needs of your staff or target audience.  Please look below to see examples of my past trainings and workshops.
